My name is Jimin.

I was borned and raised in Seoul, South Korea, and moved to the United States during my undergraduate studies to study motion picture sound. I am currently a graduate student at Syracuse University, studying directing and producing in Television, Radio and Film program at the Newhouse School of Public Communications.

My professional background includes sound design and dialogue editing at Pluto Sound, where I worked on projects with Netflix and Disney+ Korea.

On campus, I dedicate my time to creating promotional videos and behind-the-scenes content for Syracuse University’s magazines, Fusion and Zipped.

For fun, I enjoy mixed-media animation and crafting miniature sets for stop-motion projects.
